The principle of Ozone producing

After you deployed a pair of electrode which are covered by a dielectric substance like glass etc on coaxial circled pipe, then neighboring high voltage of alternating current (AC) and makes it discharge of electricity between the electrodes.? Ozone can be generated from the air (contained oxygen gas) that has delivered through the coaxial circled pipe
